These are truly lovely rifles. I have a .177.
Smooth and powerful. Has the shape of a 80s/90s Lotus

Agreed, mine is a 1990 in .22 and shoots nicely with jsb jumbo out to 55 yards.
I have a 2019 Tx200 as well and it's nice to compare the guns from different decades.

    Thumbs up

I was supposed to have been buying a walnut version from an elderly gent that was very ill, It was around christmas time so I thought i'd contact him in the new year as I didn't want to bother him at Christmas with his family, When I phoned someone else had been and bought it!

It turned out good for me as I found one that I liked much better with a stained beech stock, Also, It was £80 cheaper too!

Would like one of those, one of the nicest looking airguns ever imo. That one looks to be a walnut version.

    I think it’s a beech stock on John’s gun.
My one also has the exact same colour and grain pattern and is a beech stock version.
    Still very nice imo.

Went for 180 hammer. Even with auction costs, commission etc that's a reasonable price I reckon

No it was beech. I actually had a look during viewing for some other lots. It was well looked after but defo not walnut. I had an se90 deluxe in walnut back in the 90s and this was not walnut.

I need to go back to spec savers ldgrin.
The wood on that gun seems a bit lighter ,but that could also be the flash from the camera.
Still a nice gun for some one..
