Look at how crisp the screw heads, pins and linkage is on this sadly now badly rusted pre war Senior is.
It looks to me that this pistol was once a pristine example that was only recently badly stored.

I guess you could strip it dunk in either electrolysis or glycolic then plate with copper....buff it all smooth then plate over with dull nickel to lose the pitting...what a waste

What a shame to see such a highly collectable pistol, one of my favourites, in such a state.
I suspect it's been stored in it's original box in a garden shed, or garage, for decades, and just forgotten about.
