Slavia Target Pistol

I was given this from a relatives estate. I took it down the range today and was pleasantly surprised that I hit the target at 10m every time. I am not a pistol shooter so it came as a bit of a surprise. This is quite an old pistol can anyone advise me on its value and so information about it.
