Yep had a look at a few sites and now it's been suggested it seems the obvious way to go.

How wide & deep is the forend on the musket?, For sourcing a single old rowlock I would ask your nearest sea scout or sea cadet group, they are more likely to have an older type with the equal height arms laying about.
