2 questions for Sharp book: GR-75 manual, scope ID

My Sharp book writing is in full swing. The text is 80% finished, now I am focusing on photography. In April I will go to Japan for further investigations.
Please may I ask 2 questions:

1. Does someone on this forum have an original GR-75 manual? I am looking for scans.
There are scans available of Cindedux' GR-75 manual, with his writings in ballpen (a Japanese student helped him to understand the Japanese text).
However, I am looking for a "clean" example for my book.

2. Does someone know which Japanese scope producer made this Sharp 4x20 scope? (It's in Japan).
I have seen this type of box earlier, in the UK.
