Finally home in almost one piece massive thanks to to Tina and Neil not only for all their hard work hosting but also for their sublime auto salvaging skills (it was truly an honour to watch Neil expertly pulling Steve off) Great to see so many old friends and make some new ones. See you you all again in August, it’s always easier to beg forgiveness than ask for permission

Thanks to Neil & Tina for a great weekend, fish & chips and then a Indian, genius set up !

Had a great time, shot so much I've pulled muscles in my cocking arm, drunk so much my liver needs a holiday & laughed so much that I'm still tittering now over the camp fire shenaniggiagans.

August can't come too soon !

Not a bad way to end a day, looks like it got a little boggy so hopefully people didn't get too damp.

Well Neil, I was really trying hard to emulate or even surpass New Paul’s Bash record of shooting 17 pellets over the duration of the weekend…after all those lead projectiles are valuable commodities these days.

Hopefully I’ll get my mobility/agility issues sorted out over the summer… I really need to get into some kind of exercise regime as I’ve got some motorbike jaunts I’d like to do, maybe Cornwall, Shetland and Norway if time and dosh allows but I’ve really got to get the old legs in shape first.

Great to see Mel and Robert again, even only briefly, as well as catching up with a bunch of Bash regulars TonyL et al and meeting some of the new guys.

Thanks to Mark for the Diana project and Will for doing his ‘courier service’! Cheers! 🍺
Had a really nice chat with Transporter Ray when he made a brief appearance today…. What an absolute cracker of a bike that modern version of the Kawa GPZ900 really is… Guid travelling’ Bud.

And to echo the sentiments of gratitude expressed by all and sundry, Neil and Tina your organisational skills and attention to details are immense in making this wonderful event as great as it is and continuing the ‘tradition’ that T20 Mick established so successfully over at Quigley Hollow.

    Sláinte, Graeme 🥃

Cycling with a Turbo trainer might be a good idea, should strengthen the muscles you'll be using most on those rides.

Once again, what a fantastic weekend.

Neil sorted the weather once again.

It was great to catch up with everyone - Bash stalwarts and a good few new faces once again. And brilliant to see some old friends we haven't seen for a while.

Pete - thank you so much for my new catty. I will be having a play over the coming days.

And, talking catapults, we were treated to a fine display of shooting skills by Luke Jolly late yesterday afternoon. Is there no limit to this young man's talents?......consistently hitting those spoon targets at about 35 yards and an assortment of spinners etc from 12 yards-ish to about 35. Awesome!

Some beautiful toys on parade, too.

Obviously no surprise, but what a fabulous weekend once again

Thank you to Neil and Tina for making it happen and for all the hard work.

And, Terry, you should be rightly proud of the fine young chap that the Ronster is turning out to be. What a lovely and helpful lad.

Sleepometer having a little rest before re-set.

Anyway it was great to see you and everyone again. It's always good to see & get to try some special rifles along with some really interesting oldies. That sales table got a bit tempting today when Melv turned up though...

Back home again now after a superb weekend. As I said after my 'day release' visit last year- why the chuff did I leave it so long?

Huge thanks to Neil & Tina for putting on the bash, it really is a brilliant do.

    See you all in August!
Yes, those longer targets will be made much easier with dots, Paul. Do-able with the Duplex, but a bit of a lottery initially and hard work to work out and repeat aiming points.

It's a good job that space and budget doesn't allow at the moment as I was sorely tempted with a few on the sales table, most notably Tinner's Diana 5 and Melv's Original 34.
