I saw a gritting wagon out yesterday evening when walking back from the station. Yikes! We're almost into May and getting frosts! I appreciate it has happened before, but come on!

Well it's only Big coat weather to you Northern lot, any southerners though will probably want defrosting.
I'm South by Birth but Scots by ancestry so prefer the cold comfort wise but joints play up something wicked in it.

A hot unorthadox brekkie of Spaghetti and canned meatballs before I do a bit of the packaging work so I might have the afternoon free to do range stuff if the ground is firm enough, need to figure out the badges for the Beretta grips as I know I can't replicate the logo by hand, slides getting 8 balls near the Muzzle so maybe I'll just do that for the grips.

The countdown has started here. I have sent the UK border force a list of guns I’ll be carrying, I’ve started packing the camper and planned my route.
I just need to buy a massive amount of pink wine and I’m ready

Pink wine, what could possibly go wrong? If customs insist on a cavity search at least make them buy you dinner first this time mate 👍🤣

Might be just as well I've no lift arranged as just found out my Niece has had several siezures and is currently in Childrens A&E so may be best staying close to home until she's better.
Currently got a rather nice Volvo while Kugas repaired so would've had a little drive about in it but now I'm on stand by to shoot off if I need to.

Sorry to hear that, I hope your niece has a full recovery very quickly. Handy that you have the Volvo at least in case you do need to shoot off if you need to. Shame you won’t make the Bash this time.

    Bon voyage.

Early Wednesday morning. I’m sailing overnight from Cherbourg and hope to get up there early enough to visit one of the D Day museums.
