Excellent stuff, Pete. I think open sighted shooting will be the 280's forte, with its lighter weight and action bedded nice and deep into the stock.

Well I survived the Dragon Rally last weekend so I may come down on my mighty GS adventure bike. Unfortunately, this will limit the number of guns I can bring with me. A shame really, as I am usually all about the shooting......
