    Question Crosman 761 XL

Due to a huge repair bill on my car I'm thinking of selling some of my collection but I'm having a tough time working out a value for this lovely Crosman 761 XL.
My kids used it for a few months before moving onto PCP and it's been in the cupboard ever since. Problem is I have not seen one for sale in years......any ideas as I'm sure the first variants were very popular with collectors ?
Am tempted to take it to Kempton in April

I think we all wanted one in the 70's. But out of my mum's price range back then.

You won’t get that much for it, probably best keep it. £100-150 like Dave said. It’s a blingey version of a cheap pumper ain’t no Sharp Victory.

    Thumbs up

Thanks for the info guys much appreciated, I will have a crack at a sales thread and see how it goes, £150 seems reasonable.

The main chassis/reciever of the 761xl was used to modify into the Whaley Crosman. I think they used some parts of the Crosman 140 to complete the rifle. I have a Whaley and although it has recieved alot of flack and not well recieved by many airgunners I still love mine. PED is your man. He knows alot about them.
