What is considered a good score on 25m ISU target?

    As above.

For some reason I find shooting these more satisfying that the 10m targets.

Are there any air-pistol competitions using this target or the 20 yard scale one?

I don't know if there are any competitions for air pistol out at 20/25 yds/mtrs, but, like you, I enjoy stretching their legs out to that distance.
I regularly use my .22 Webley Tempest and CP1 at 20 yards and can usually score in the 80s, and sometimes in the 90s.
I stock up on targets every time I go down to Bisley.
The South of England has 2 good things, the M1 and the A1. Both will take you to Yorkshire.

There are many competitions for air pistols at those distances. NSRA organise some as do the regional and county leagues.
