Either thick felt or green pan scrubbers wrapped around small hair curlers.

I just use the Velcro type to fit, or if they are a tad too small, thin felt or old toweling around them. But I do use 3mm felt sticky pads against the facing face of the baffles ( penny washers or delrin). Slightly oversized holes compared to the baffle hole.

I wouldn't use green pan scrubbers. Some are impregnated with micro quartz crystals which I wouldn't want near my barrel/bore
