Has anyone made their own pid (temp controller) for a Lee 4-10 melting pot?
I need to control my temp better as the pot gets lower, so I thought of making a pid for it.
Any good videos recommendations.
Thank you
Paul

PID is simple enough but where/how are you going to measure the temperature? Just like any other inline type controller you can turn the melter to full and let the PID modulate the mains but it's getting the temp that's the tricky bit.
Sorry not familiar with the unit.
