    Bell target and changing times

    How times a change! I used to be in bell target league in the 70s, shooting for The Grove pub in Shrewsbury and travelling around various other pubs in Shropshire. Many of the ranges were in the actual bar in much the same way as darts were/are. We used rifles such as BSA Meteors and pistols like the Diana Model 5.

    I was just looking online to see if there is much of a record of these times when I came across this https://www.shropshirelive.com/2017/...-five-matches/ - they are clearly in a different league nowadays in terms of equipment and serious intent!

    Just started it, & yes only 2 of us shooting springers....
