For Sale: A 1935 BSA Standard Light pattern in exceptional condition:

    For Sale:

A 1935 BSA STANDARD .177 light pattern air rifle, serial number L38809 (latest number was around 40000). Described as the 4th series in Milewski's book, therefore has the pistol grip stock and one hole trigger mechanism, and breech machined flat. A rare variation of the 'L' pattern BSA.

Full deep original blueing and finish to the action, with the etching in the brown but clearly readable under light. Still has the original grease around the trigger and end of the cylinder, where it meets the stock. The action all still tight. Both sights all complete and untouched. The original mainspring appears to be present.

The walnut stock also in mint condition, retaining all its original varnish, and the butt plug undisturbed with original screws.
This rifle appears very little used indeed, a genuine sleeper, superb example.
