    What make of mount is...

    Could that be a reach back type for Airsporters and Mercuries etc?

    Aimpoint do a range of scope rails (in the US obviously) that look like the Sportsmatch stylee.

    Mindful this one looks to have adjustment for holdover/windage on the rear mount, I'd be guessy, some sort of firearms mount. (CZ for example).

    I think lightning22 has it right.
    It looks like it's for BSA Mercury/Airsporter type guns.

    i seen these ages ago,they were made by sportsmatch or pro mount.

    made for short scope rail bsa's

    Correct Ray (and others) - Its a Sportsmatch OP12C with the relieved rear for rifles with eye relief problems like the BSA Airsporter and Mercury.
