How does the Law stand

If I got a shoot which has public footpaths on it, do I still have to observe the 15 ft from the centre of the pathway rule.

Or is it down to common sense and not shooting whilst folk are walking on it close to you?

I believe the same rules apply (and its 50 feet from the centre of a public highway, footpath, bridleway etc)
