I had to send a Falcon back after it was damaged in the post. I had to ring THEM a week or so later to find out how the repairs were going and was told ther was a delay because they took a STOCK take.
This was a Christmas present for my son which he had to wait for and i was told they would get it done as a PRIORITY but it seems the stock take took priority.
So in my view they are more interested in their stock and cash than their customers.
