    Least Temperature sensitive pcp?

As above, which PCP (Target biased and hunter) do members here feel is least affected by fluctuations (Extremes) in the weather?
Does the addition a a good regulator negate the effects of temperature change?

    Thankyou for any input,

    Graham

Without a doubt the MK3 Sport. We did a test at Quarry on the Thurday after Christmas. It was about minus 2 and the guns had been outside in the racks for a few hours, Air Arms were down somewhere between 15 and 20 FPS Hw100 was down 50FPS and the MK3's were down about 1 - 2FPS but that could have been pellets.

I'd guess not having a reg would help the MK3s on that front - the slightly lower resevoir pressure would just be like being further down on the curve - no big diff.
Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.

My regged Mk3 used to vary by 10 fps at most between hot and cold.

I would support that opinion on the HW100 - shot to shot consistency is good at any given temperature but it does vary quite a lot between hot and cold conditions - so much so that if time allows I will adjust the power against a chrono to minimise zero shifts.

Not got any chrono readings, but my Walther doesnt seem to shift much, the clicks were set in early summer, and came in still in winter, including some VERY cold shoots at Redfearns.

Is the HW100's self regulating system its downfall then ?
