I understand the law will be changed inthe UK on 1 October, and that the following change will be made:

section 32 (sales of air weapons by way of trade or business to be face to face);

Am I correct in believing this will only effect trade sales and not private sales?

Yes Jerry, that's how it seems! AFAIK, it isn't clear whether UK shops can still supply to other countries, and whether other countries shops can supply to UK buyers.
