    Gunsmiths screwdrivers

    Hi all.

I was just wondering If there Is such a thing as proper ''gunsmiths screwdrivers''. By that I mean a screwdriver that wont mangle up the bolt head when trying to take the stock off. I'm just looking for a few suitable drivers of different size that will fit the bolt head of a couple of air rifles without causing the usual unsightly damage,

    Atb,

Yep there are. also known as "turn screws" they have parallel sided blades not tapered ones.

Nearly all the interchangable bit screwdrivers have parallel sided flat heads and theres pretty decent sets out there from just a fiver.

Just be aware that Winchester set has imperial hex bits, not metric - so only really relevant to US guns

Not worried about the hex bits as have a set of those from work, it's the others I want.

I have this and I'm pretty certain that these are the same as Amazon/Winchester but with metric hex keys.

Also similar, but with longer reach hex and torx keys, I have this also.

    It's not the same

Also with the magnusson set I can only see maybe two flat head bits? And they look small
