Just got back from shooting this morning, three nice 3/4 grown rabbits, should be tasty!

Interesting though, the second one I shot, fell over poleaxed, and I left it there, since it was 35 yards away and there were still others roaming around grazing and I didn't want to spook them. I sat there watching, and a hen and cock pheasant roamed into view. Wasn't particularly bothered, since I wasn't going to shoot them. I was gobsmacked though, to see them both run, well walk quickly, you know what pheasants are like, up to the rabbit and start pecking at it. I decided at this point that I would retrieve it! They weren't too keen to give up their find and only reluctantly scarpered when I was about 10 yards away.

Carniverous Pheasants?
