Hi all , fancy a new rifle so selling a couple
I have a BSA Challenger .22 with open sights
It is not mint or near mint just used condition (it's not a horror either!!!)
It has had a Welsh Willy tune and is shooting very smoothly at around 11.5 ftlb
If I sell at local gunshop I wont get much
I have seen Mercurys from 80 right up to 200 pounds so any one know what this might be worth?
I paid 160 pounds for it
Any pointers would be most appreciated
Bluing is pretty good but shows marks on cylinder which are light scratches which were there when I got it
I have also got this not sure it would count as a collector but it is an old Daystate, Mk1 I think, Holds air shoots perfect again not mint , small repaired crack in pistol grip (photo) which is old and hasnt got any worse at all, couple of marks to bluing shown I d sell this one with scope (Niko sterling 6x 40 AO Mildot) .Shoots lovely even i can shoot an inch group at 35/40 meters with this !!!, proper British engineering , built like a tank!. It has a regulator fitted and will do 80ish shots on a hundred and forty bar
I was hoping to get about 250 pounds for it , is that realistic ?
--repair to stock
I may end up part exing but may try to sell first???
Heres some pictures to help
If I can get a valuation Ill put these in sales
Thank you for any replies
