Found some rare pictures taken inside the BSA gun factory, around 1907. They give a vivid view of some of the conditions inside the factory with all the machines being belt powered from overhead shafts, and minimal guards around the crowded machinery. Todays health and safety guys would have a major breakdown seeing these . Still this is the very environment where our much loved early BSA's were made.
