If you wanted to fit a bipod to the forend of the S200T/T200 for occasional use, what would be most straightforward arrangement?

I see that THIS stud is available, that would seem to slide into the rail under the forend. Presumably that requires a pinch type bipod to pull down on the stud to prevent it sliding along the rail?

I have also seen examples where a piccatinny rail has been fixed to the rail on the forend, then a bipod with a piccatinny clamp attached.

Any examples of working arrangements would be appreciated. I am looking for a fairly lightweight sleek bipod (not a Harris with huge springs).
