I am about to pull the trigger (pun intended) and buy a new PCP air rifle... I think! Pellpax have kits for sale with the Gamo and it seems like a good place to start at £500. Is this a good way into pre charge?

Also as I don't envisage much hunting would .177 be the better calibre?
