    starlings are no longer on the defra general license?

    i'm getting dozens scoffing the nesting goldfinches and blackbirds food in the bird feeders

    i think they have been off it for a while m8.....i have the same problem round here and can do nothing about it

    Starlings are still on the DEFRA list for Wales.
    So if you are shooting in Wales your O.K.
