need spares, well, the ball bearings for the cocking mechanism. anyone know where i can get them? been to engineering shops all over liverpool, and no-one has the exact size. can anyone help?

a while back I had my Diana 54 in bits and I remember that the three-ball trigger had 3x4.8 mm balls.
Not sure about the Original 50's ball dimensions.Over here we get those sort of things from engineering bearing suppliers,as they stock a wider variety.
Cycle shops as has been suggested should have them too.
This site might have a discussion about the ball bearing size, if you can be bothered to search through all the threads......

Further to my previous post,I think you are talking about the cocking mechanisim,not the trigger assembly.If that is the case,then disregard my post.Sorry if I confused the two things.
