unless you find a dive shop ,where in all probability you would be ripped off.also dive shops usually dont have the correct valves to use with guns.
or go to midland diving equipment in leicester they make most of the airgun type filler valves , they supply blackpool air rifles but you wont get cheaper off them

I`ve got air cylinder 4L 300bar + detachable gauge from Pickering Airguns.
    Nice service, friendly staff.
Cylinders are reconditioned (old fire brigade cylinders) but tested for 5 years.
    Cylinder was 60q + Falcon gauge 45q.

Prices for Filling Air bottles has been riseing recently as there costs have gone up for various reasons.

Including New Health and Safety working Practises and cost of servicing and buying equipment.

Most places charge the Same regardless of Bottle size or preasure taken.

As it's not the Air , but costs of staff being there to connect and monitor filling.

Some might charge more for 300 Bar as Stand By Tanks will not fill up to 300 Bar
So have to start up Pump /s .

Another major issue, is that Dive Air is Normally taken from Storeage tanks with moisture traps.

Straight fills do not normally have moisture traps.
Which might result in moisture getting into Air Supply.

I expect it costs more for the average shooter, for a return trip to get a bottle filled than the charge for filling.

My 12 Litre 300 Bar bottle gives me thousands of Shots in my PCP's or in Tacs loaded via a Ram Charger.

Currently costing me, £4.00 per Fill.

My local dive shop says it will cost £5 for a 8ltr 300BAR Twin, which is nice

I didn't ask them how much it would cost for a smaller tank, but I guess it'd be the same.

    Hi Bill
you can get a 4ltr 300 bar bottle for £70 and charging kit for £45
five year test on bottle or 8ltr for £105. This is from Crawfords on
08700 660325 which is a local rate no. Word of advice stipulate you want MDE charging kit. It is the bee's knee's. :-)

    David ,
I have herd before that some filling Stations,
charge Double for these Double Bottle packs.
Yet I understood that they have only one Filling pipe ? .

Most shops seem to have a standard price per bottle.
As it does not take much longer to fill larger bottles than small bottles with current filling equipment.

There has been problems in some Filling stations with older / second hand bottles.
Not always accepting another Filling Stations testing marks or paperwork

It seems that the Industry is trying to get a accept General marking.
