IF IT'S NOT BROKE.........DON'T FIX IT!
a shame that...perversely addictive.
shooting a 2002 here, but had a fwb 300 su to cut my teeth on.
we have about 5 members shooting in postal leagues...but i haven't tried 6m yet...will try and give it a go and use it for practice for my 10m shooting....just hope the rearsight has enough travel in it as i'm using risers.
You shouldn't have a problem sighting in for 6yd with a 2002, fwb 300 series or P70 maybe!

I've got a nice FWB 300 running boar. Don't shoot 10m with it tho'. It's got a 6x42 S&B on it and I shoot ft and hft with it. And it's quite capable of doing the job. I do have it running at 8.5 ft/lb tho.
Hi Rob
Plenty of us at Fareham doing 6yds and 10M, FWB seem to be the most popular rifle at the moment.
Regards
Bob
We also do 10m, both pistol and rifle HERE is our results page.
Nige
I do 10 metre pistol and rifle in the local Leicestershire league.
Pistol is a FWB P30.
Rifle is a RWS-CA100 PCP
yeh, come on...lets see whos doing what here
260 av ex 300 on 10m air rifle at the moment.
want to get to 270-275 over the next year...going to be hard work.
Yep, I do.
I plink in my garage which is a bit more than 10m long and perfect for the job because I don't bother anyone. Besides that, its cooler inside, it was nearly 40 in the shade today
My gun is a Diana 100 single stroke pneumatic with the stainless steel action, which I had from new more than 10 years ago.
Its more accurate than I'll ever be and its never missed a beat.
This http://www.minisniping.org/ looks like good sport and very challenging when one gets fed up shooting at 10m.
Luckily my gun has scope rails and is a bolt action, so I'm all set up to give it a go.Just need to find some free time.......
You let someone who knows what he's doing take it apart, twiddle this, polish that, fit a single silicon steel spring etc etc. Could possibly get a bit more, but it would probably not make it as nice to shoot. Honestly, I've felt pcp's with more recoil than this gun. Which is nice.
