    Lead - free to collector.

I'm not into BP or muzzle loaders stuff but i have read the thread regarding lead.

I've got a good few kilos of roofing lead that i don't mind donating to a shooter if you want to collect from Claverdon, Warwickshire.

    Cheers

A very generous offer Mr. F and one I'd be delighted to take you up on! I'm not far away at all.

If you could PM your contact details we can make arrangements. I'm not going to be around much today (work) so prob tomorrow before I can get back to you.

    Many thanks.

John, it's not for touching up the flashing on your house before you sell is it?

Pardon the hijack, but how much is lead to buy by the pound/kilo?

I'm just wondering as I know it's pricey.

No! But I must admit that I did have a rather wild thought - could I take some of the existing flashing off and hope nobody would notice? Wouldn't do such a thing of course - just a wild thought. Now, next door are on holiday at the moment.......

    Cheers Steve!

I have 5 big blocks of it from work [clean] which is being picked by me on Sunday.

I haven't weighed them yet, but I reckon there's about 10lb per block.
I was thinking of taking it to the Midland Game Fair with if anyone needs lead.

Reasonable price and no posting needed.

I also looked on their site, as well as searching on here. I think you're right when you said £2 per lb as I've seen prices from £2 per lb to about £5 per kilo.

Cheers Steve, I'll weigh it all up and mark it accordingly.
    Are you interested in some?
