air arms field work well
Has anyone used H&N Trophy Hunter as they look remarkably like the Crossman Premiers and at 14.39 grain they have the same weight. It seems that the CP are the only ones that group well in my 12ft/lb .22 Rapid, but its also the priciest pellet at around 15 pound odd. Is it really that pellet fussy or could I go for different brands as well. Tell me if you have a good alternative to the CP.
Cheers
Len

When I used Crossman Premiers in a breakbarrel once I recall some of these pellets would just fall out of the barrel and others I had to push in.

My mate uses H&N FTT in his Rapid and gets nice tight groups.
5.52
Come on chaps, there must be more than two chaps out there who shoot the Rapid have been through all the hassle of testing different pellets

go on then ive found A/A hunters to run best in the rapids, never had any luck with the A/A field, shot gun groups at 45 yrds,H+N trophy will group tight but with around 1 in 7 flyers, the C/P are very good but to expensive, there are always guns that break the rules though, but this is what i have found, and ive owned and shot many rapids.
