Because he grovelled I couldn't say no could I

As for BBs it's up to him, as the pistol is a Co2.

And before anyone asks I'm not going to do another Bloody sheet for either BBs or Airsoft!!

Target holder for home printed targets

    Hi all

I've been using pieces of fibreboard taped together with the pargets pinned to it to shoot & practice for this comp.
But it soon gets shot to bits

I found this american website offering really nice holder/traps for paper targets.
    http://www.archerairguns.com/airgun-pellet-trap-s/6.htm
Will cost too much to get sent over here... but I've found its possible to cobble together something similar quite cheaply.

Basic taget holder is a hardboard clipboard with the centre jigsawed out
(the clipboards are very cheap @£1.99 each and come with the metal clip)

I've stuffed mine with rags and this catches the pellets a treat.

If you tuck the bottom of the paper under the bottom of the clipboard it holds the paper quite tightly.

It also helps on the scoring front as the pellet hole folds inwards - if you flap it back - you get a great POI mark that makes scoring 100% accurate.

Could be an opportunity for some enterprising soul with more time than I to make a batch for others perhaps?

Ha! A little honest grovelling goes a long way!

I'll shoot the PPK single shot with AA fields if it keeps things simple.

    Thanks

Nice one Paddy, that would have moved you up to 9th in the Springer table. I'll be delighted if I see any improvement, 22 pts is amazing.
