You need ranges and group size to make this meaningful.

If you do that though it will be very useful!
Dont worry, I like soggy chips

I just thought that it would give people a rough Idea as to what might work well in their rifle.

Lighten up Weevie. Where does it say 'ballistically sound scientific proof must be provided'.
It is only meant as a rough guide and might help ease the old "what pellet for this gun" question that comes up 5 times a week to which there is only one answer.
Let the lad have some fun and learn something to everyones benefit .

like the guy said right at the start - it's just meant to narrow the choice a bit

    See...I told you so.

    What does 'like' mean?

What groups are you getting at what ranges?

This thread is meaningless without some frame of reference.

Weihrauch HW100k - .177 - Webley Mosquito Express, Daystate Select FT 4.53 (funnily enough, this rifle isn't so keen on JSB Exacts 4.51, 2 or 3!)
    Logun Solo - .177 - JSB Exact 4.53

Both rifles are non-FAC and, mainly for Weevie's benefit , using the above pellets I get 25-30mm groups at a lasered 50yd range (must try harder! ).

    Cheers,
    Doug

See? Because he's given us some figures, we now know that termin8R can't shoot!

Seriously though that extra bit of info makes all the difference.
