Tony
Nothing wrong with your original except the left hand pistol.
But Paddy said try something else.
Have a look at my posts on this thread. I've already said I normally prefer to stick with originals.
I sent the pic for the 586 to Dragonsinger but it's mine with the 8" barrel and wont work with yours. I can send both sides if you want the pics.
Jason there are more than just Smith & Wesson Umarex pistols. I know they don't count but OTHER members have a right to see their guns on the badge if they want.
Dragonsinger is capable of heraldic work so IF you WANT a shield????

Jim steady on there fella, I know there are more than the Smith and Wesson Umarex pistols out there, I have had most of them and still have 4, I didn't design Tony's logo and had no in put on the out come, I have sent him pic's of my S&W as you guy's were having trouble finding one. My favourite Umarex is the Nickle Beretta so I couldn't careless if there was a S&W in the logo, why not a Colt and a Beretta, but the S&W was the pistol of choice by Tony.
I know you said you prefer to stick with originals and I was in the mix when you and Tony were discussing it, and you were going to finish it off with new images.
Nobody is having a dig at you fella, please don't take it personally. we are just putting our views across about the design of Dragonsingers logo.
Come on guy's the Logo brings us together under the Name UBC, it's not mean't to drive a stake between us.

I tried variations of the logo that I put together. Used both revolvers and auto's. Just did'nt work for me. My Favorite gun of all time is the 1911 Colt followed by the original 8inch .357 IMI Desert Eagle.
The revolvers that I used; I chose, because it fitted and it framed the target nicely I would have liked to have my fav pistols on it but it just did'nt work how I envisioned the finished product.
But I've finished re-doing the logo and have sent it to Cookie.
If the "MANAGEMENT" or the members dont like it so be it; its cool with me.
I did it for personal reasons, to help me with some personal health challenges. I like it and I'm proud of what I have accomplished for myself. If the logo is fully adopted by the club then thats a BONUS for me
If not, Its helped keep me sane and has been worth the many hours I have put into it for myself
All the Best regards

I like the first design better, the one with the two Smiths. The new one has two many motifs, too many colors.
We probably should have one revolver, one suto pistol in the design, since the UBC boys like both kinds of pistols.

I am soooo... waiting for one of the mods to get hold of Paddy's wee quote and post it in place of his 'dont move cammo it' comment.
It would be wrong of us to deliberately bring it to their attention ...
... wouldn't it. ?????
