    original mod 50

    original mod50 serial number 859

    can anyone give me a rough value of this please , not to sell this is staying with me. it has a few marks in the blueing on the barrel not pitted . so do i get it reblued or not,

    i love original stuff, it's so well made (like a lot of german stuff)
    your 50 looks lovely, very sleek and i can't blame you for keeping hold of it...
    as for value, were it mine i wouldn't let it go for under £160 but like you if it was mine, i wouldn't really part with it, i let a beautiful mod 50 type 01 go for £60 and bitterly regretted it ever since

    i have the same quandry with an old mk3 webley that i acquired today though my decision is much easier than yours as my mk3 is totally lacking blueing in any form, i think i'll strip it, polish all the parts and send it for the treatment

    just cronod it . its doing 7.8ftlbs with hobbys maybe could do with some eley wasps blue tin to try . may need some work to spring and washer . or is this power ok..

    afetr a lot of searching i emailed diana about the foresight and just got a reply.which shocked me.

    i thought it was maybe the earliest 1960..

    i am thinking of selling this gun now as i dont think ill use it and a gun i will use has just come up for sale off a mate which i can use a scope with . what do you think i should get for this gun .
