my motto as far as pellets go is hollow tip all the way i find them the best for kills mainly magpies and pigeon sometimes crow. And also find what ever you shoot with you should target with so the rifles always cock on
HW100K (177): Best pellet - JSB Exact Heavy (one hole groups @ 25m).
Also tested: JSB Exact 4.52 - same as the Heavies in still conditions but more affected by cross winds.
Air Arms 410 Classic (177): Results as per HW100K
Air Arms Prosport (177): Best pellet JSB Exact / AAF 4.52 (cloverleafs @ 25m in still conditions)
HW98 (177): Results as per Prosport
Air Arms TX200 (22): Best pellet - Accupell (cloverleafs @ 25m). Slightly down on power vs AAF.
Also tested: AAF 5.52 - good groups but Accy's still have the edge. H&N FTT - similar groups to the AAF but way down on power. Superdomes - good power, crap groups.
Conclusion: Try the JSB variants first - they are likely to be as good as anything in most rifles.

:btas fx cyclone 22 best pellet (imo) 1st JSB diabolo exact 5.52 2nd air arms diabolo field 5.51 ? FX air rifle pellets 5.52 good slug and cheap from btas but jsb for me
S-400K favourite AA Field 4.52 also groups well with Barracuda match, and Defiants.
HW95k favourite AA Field 5.52 also groups well with H&N FTT, RWS Superfield and RWS Superdomes.
Edit
AA TXHC MK111 favourite AA Field 4.52
did not like JSB 5.52, tried them when the rifle was new dieselled and grouped erratic tried switching between the 2 each time same result with the JSB's not tried them again.

MKII S200, .22 cal, new Daystate Carbon Fibre Airstream silencer, best pellet (I tried AA Fields, JSB's, H&N's FTT's and Webley Mosquitoes) are by far the mosquitoes.
The H&N's were shotgunning.
The AA Fields were super accurate but VERY loopy due to their weight (15.9 grains) and needed massive holdunder/over at ranges other than zero and did 11.4ft/ibs approx at 560fps.
The Mosquitoes were again as accurate as the AA Fields (they were both pellet on pellet at 30 yards) but were leaving the muzzle at 600 fps consistently, again, giving 11.4ft/ibs approx. They flew much flatter than the AA Fields and needed much less holdover at longer ranges due to their lighter weight (14/3 grains) but still have ample stopping power.
I know they are expensive (£6-50 for 250 in .22) but I don't shoot targets, only hunt and a tin last a good couple of months at least.
Basically, AIR ARMS S200 sub 12ft/ibs - WEBLEY MOSQUITOES ARE THE PELLET TO TRY
