    MTC Optics

Not a product review per se but a review of the company.

Quite simply, had a problem with an item, instant offer of exchange, had another problem, instant offer of refund and a sincere apology.
No quibbles, no ing about, just good customer service.

    Praise where praise is due.

Agreed, emailed about a sidewheel, got a near instant helpful reply. Great attitude towards potential customers

    mtc cobra 3-9x50

when i was at the midland game fair recently i spotted an ideal scope to fit on my new daystate huntsman when it arrives.
    my critera was -
    1. min of 3x mag
    2. max of 12x mag
    3. pa but side pa not important
    4. 1/4 moa adjustment
    5. easy to turn adjusters (screwdriver not needed)
    6. 40 to 56mm obj lens
    7. decent lenses and coating
    8. fog proof
    9. easy to turn pa and zoom rings
    10. lightweight

the mtc cobra fitted the bill at £80 but became even better at the £55 show price !!!!
even better news is that included in the deal are flip up covers and a set of 2 piece mounts.
even the gold lettering matches the gold lettering of the huntsman midas.

    cheap doesnt always equal nasty.

Thanks for the kind words chaps.

We'd prefer to never have problems but sadly we do. Being a small outfit we sometimes have unique problems, Paul's delay was caused by Sammie's inbox display being changed to a display that was not in date order, Paul's mails came in half was down so were not replied to

We do our best and try not to make the same mistake twice

Paul - Thanks so much for all your help at MGF mate.

    Hi mate

I did make it down to them, and got a few pics of the stand and the scopes available was a fantastic day out for the family.

i have used several mtc products the 3x9x50 Cobra scope and the mtc ranger finder both good bits of kit and value ,backed up by excellent customer backup, and to top that you are dealing with fellow airgunners who know their businesss, you know where you are with both Gary& Sammie.
