    Omega genius/smarty pants required......

My omega has no open sights and I wish to (non-permanently) close off the two threaded holes for the rear sight. Does anyone know the thread sizes for these rear sights so that I can get hold of some???

Back in the 80's you could buy a blanking plate from Webley to go in its place i've been looking every where for them, have a look here you might find the size you need.

These blanking plates were usually available with the Tracker. They very often come up on that well known auction site where I have bought two in the past year for around £15 plus post each, so if you are after one, check their listings on a regular basis . Atb: G.

    Good news chaps....

......as I was thinking of making the blanking plate myself. Thanks for the advice.
Looks like I will have to look at the orrible flea bay place Unless Gareth wants to sell me one of his, go on I'll give you £15.50

I wonder if one of my local RFD's has any tucked away in a dusty corner?? Now I am off to chambers to look at their screws.

Ha ha. Sorry Rich. Actually had a spare too but advertised it and sold it on here about four months ago ... Check out that dreadful auction site as am sure another will pop up . Atb: G.
