    Which DIN valve for Steyr

    Hi,

    Just about to buy a cylinder for charging my LP50 - I believe I need a 300BAR valve on the cylinder to fit the adapter that came with the gun. Can anyone confirm this?

    adapter

    the filling valve you got fits on a 232 bottle if you got a 300 bar bottle you will need an adapter i got mine from best fittings or you could put four dowty washers in the valve on your 300 bar bottle and put your filling valve upto that hope this helps atb Harry

    i have a 232 bar cylinder with din valve,steyr fill valve fits this. can't comment on a 300 bar cylinder.
    steyr lp5,steyr lp10,hw77k,bsa buccaneer .177,bsa scorpion .177,original 6g
    happy with my lot!

    Adaptor

    Harry Preston the Steyr importor does a very nice adaptor for about £20 if u get in touch with him.
    Sportsmatch GC2 numbers ,190, 252, 279.Steyr LP1 &LP5,EV2 mk4

    Any idea of the addresse and phone number for Harry Preston as I have a Rohm 232 filling adapter but 300 bar bottle.

    Hi - I used three dowty washers on my 300 bar bottle and they work fine. hth
