    I am very sad

Yesterday Sunday 14 of June, I am very sad to say that Garth Downing Died, Garth was helping to put the course out at Rough Wedge when he died, for some years rain or shine he was there working with the lads to give us shooters a good course, a tall quiet man with a good sense of humour, I liked Garth a lot, I will miss him, my condolence's to his wife and family,

    That's very very sad Ant.

I didn't shoot at the Wedge yesterday as I went to Fort.

I've only shot at the Wedge half a dozen times but it's a very friendly gang that run the place.

    Thinking of his family.

I send my condolences to Garth's family and to everyone at Rough Wedge. And they are all "good guys" at the Wedge. They work every day to ensure that I have place for a good morning's plinking and long may they continue to do so.
