    HW45 Re-Spring Won't Cock HELP!!!!

Just followed the strip down guide on here to change a spring to a new maccari jobby, all went well until final assembly and It wont engage the cocking thingy, just extends and springs back to the start position.

Its my first go at fiddling so please be gentle, I know it's probably something really dumbass that I have done, or not, but could anyone help please?

Trigger might be in the cocked position, pull it and then try cocking it, just a suggestion, worth a try!

Did you make sure you put the piston back in with the sear slots at the bottom?
