    Bsf 55

I'm on the lookout for a BSF, preferably a 55 and most certainly not the more common 65.

Either calibre and in original internal condition (no modifications) please.

There is a young chap from up near Bolton, who is a member on here, who I believe has a couple (or more!) of these, Knows loads about them, even I think runs the owners register...and would know (maybe?), where there may be one up for sale...... .. .. .. .......The problem is ......That he has got a really good memory, and probably has been waiting for ages for a chance like this

No chance, Eddie. He hates me too much, and besides, if he knew of any BSF for sale, he'd buy it for himself.

Very kind of you to offer, Dave.

I'm looking for a 55 really, and I want to buy it rather than borrow one.

I owned a BSF B55 (.22" of course) in the late 1970s, actually.

    Jim

I think Henry Krank had one in his vintage section - it was a .177 DL but pricey IMHO.

    B55

Got one of these in the attic. It's only the standard version in .22, and it's been a working gun, so condtion average. How much is it going to be worth?
