erm.....ring AA ask them for the little rubber bit? No? it's only a plug fit buffer innit? Ask em to pop 1 in the post? You get it through you letter box...assuming you have a letter box? and you fit it...no?
Bit of an obscure question here!!!
I have had my 200 about 3 months now and there is a little rubber plug type thing on the barrell that sits between it and the underlever, this has today broken off!!
Not too keen to call air arms incase they say return it, and i know postage is not covered in the guarantee so it could cost a fortune for this little piece of rubber!!
Anyone any ideas where i might get one or had any similar problems themselves?
Any advice greatly appreciated!
PS cheers to the guys for their zeroing tips last night, now shooting 25mm groups @ 30 m!!

Well thanks for those revelations!
I posted to find out if anyone had the same problem at all.
As far as i am aware all this bit of rubber does is to stop the underlever from striking the barrel when returning it after cocking.Does it do anything else??
not that I'm aware mate. I'm no expert (shut it you lot ) but I believe it to be mearly a buffer block.
Sorry I can't be more helpfull...good luck

Rod's answer seems the obvious one, piece of cake to fit.
Cheers guys will give AArms a call in the morn.
Very easy to fit, just push into hole!!!!!!!
Nite all
AA are helpful, and will send you several if you ask them nicely. Pick the remains of the old one out with a pin. Try putting a little bit of grease on the stem of the new one, and gently screw it in. The new buffer may need it's stem trimming a little as well.
Chris.
snip the long thin bit off the buffer bead first, I have never managed to get it too fit otherwise.
