    I didn't quite get all the facts right, the scopes are not actually faulty but they had not been set up correctly according to Deben. The scopes that have been sold need to be returned for some sort of simple alteration . Deben told me the parallax issue will be rectified and the scope will work as expected for HFT . This only applies to the 4.5-14X38

    I have had two (and had to return both) of the second batch direct from the distributor and can honestly say that they had significant quality issues which I'm unsure can be resolved easily. It's a real shame as if it did what it is designed to do, then it would be a cracker no-doubt. Go careful chaps and try before you buy, you may be lucky and get a good one..... I wasn't. In summary, imo it falls short of target, which could be forgiven with a somewhat cheaper asking price, but certainly not at current retail price. My Advice, choose the MTC alternative.

    I returned mine for a refund. Opticswarehouse were very helpful and refunded NQA. I shan't be buying another which is a shame coz on paper it looked the mutz nutz

    Well thats a monumental balls up by Hawke!

    It looked like they had a real good scope on there hands.

    Wonder if it ever gets sorted?

    Anyone got any thing good to pass on about this scope?
    is the new batch any better?

    check the earlier threads mate had no problems with the 10x42
