    Single stroke pistol

Whats people's thoughts on the Beeman 2004E, accuracy ease of use etc.

It seems great value at around £60.00
I'd rather a full bottle in front of me than a full frontal labottomy

It might seem good but it is a cheaper copy of the HW40. There is no adjustable trigger, no fibre optic sights & the build quality is a little suspect.

Keep an eye open on the forum. A good second hand HW40 should be about £80ish or less.

The build quality is far superior to the Chinese made pistol.

    Good luck, Phil

i had 1 given in p/x as spares or repairs and the valve stem bent(poor metal) and sear nut kept coming undone...steer clear and buy a good used hw40.

mine shoots fine the trigger is adjustable via allen headed screw in the trigger, last month in the ubc 10mtr comp i achieved the highest score for the ssp section, i'm also running second in theairguntec winter league to a steyr, the hw40 is a fine pistol but so is the 2400e we all have our views , but mine works for me, atb...mike..
Note in many competitions fibre optic sights are not permitted

I love my P17/2004E. It's deadly accurate, the trigger IS adjustable, and the build quality is spot on (on mine anyway). It's just an HW40 built in china under license, remember that these aren't copies. All the parts are interchangeable with HW40 parts as they're exactly the same. Yes, the chinese quality control can be suspect, but if you're buying new, you can always take it back to the shop if you have problems and get it sorted...

    Thumbs up

    Thanks all.

You pistol guys are a breed apart, ask a question and you spring back with sensible answers and honest opinions, which help to make a buying decision.

Ask a serious question on the main forum and what do you get a small number of sensible answers and a load of smart arsed b*ll*cks.

    Cheers

Oh we can do that too!, you just have to catch us in the right mood.

We just tend to be a little more selective

But we can't help being enthusiastic about pistols and the more people we can infect with this disease the better

Although there's nothing wrong with us at all, all, all, all, what?, Tuesday! turnip%.
