It is a series 2 post-war Webley Junior so it will have just a batch number (yours is 167), but no serial number.
From the pictures it I would say it dates from the early 50's (Shape of stock plates and non-adjustable rear sight.)

Picked up this Weley Junior today. Very pleased with it. Came with its original box, and some original targets. Interested to know the approx age. Only serial number I can see is on the front 167. Handwritten on the box is 1291 - wonder if this maybe the serial number. I suspect the serial numbers under the grips, but am scared to try and remove them - the grips look perfect, and the screws on them are completely unburred. Its shooting very sweetly, accurate but not powerful, suspect thats how they are. Inside the box says series two. It has fixed rear sight. Smoothbore barrel. I love it.
