Final Round of 6yd UBC Competition starts Sat 3rd ~ 11th April

    Hi all

This is the final round of Season 4.

I think it's been a real good season. Thanks to all who has took part.

The overall leader for each category will be won by the top 5 scores of the season.

    Here is the link to the >>Leader Board<< & >>6yd Criteria tab<<

Jim has come up with another interesting sideshoot, inspired by me because yet again I gave him last minute details for a target. Target & Criteria >>HERE<<

    For the next season:

I propose to keep the target & stance as it is. The saying goes if it's not broke don't fix it

I will though put the Overall Leader winner to 4 rounds. Now that should be interesting

I am also open to suggestions. So if you would like something let us know & 'we will' see if its viable.

    Regards
    Paddy.

Agreed, and thank you for giving up so much of your time organising it.

Oh good, this is my favourite competition.

Just one, we run the competition over 6 rounds but the winner is decided on the 7th round, and you only tell me a seventh round is being shot.

Seriously it has been a great season, with new blood arriving all the time and the numbers entering just seem to be increasing, brilliant
I read somewhere recently that the airgun trade think there is a rennaisance of interest in air pistols. It would be nice to think that we may be, in some small way, partly responsible for that.

its going to be tight whether i can shoot or not this week.
I've left all my uni work until the last weekend of my hols so i might not get a chance to get the guns out

Well at least if you are unable to shoot, this will go as your lowest score on the leader board

Ditto. I'm in Newbury for the FT inter-regionals. Won't be back probably until late evening so it's unlikely I'll be able to shoot

    I shot

    In all four categories

Two, however, will have to be discarded

But I made it to the end, and it has been a really enjoyable ride
Well done to everyone else who made it through, and welcome to the newcomers, the results lists have certainly got longer as the season has gone on, good news.
We just need to wait and see what Paddy's final calculations show.and then get him to put them right.

I've shot the SSP today, wasn't too bad. Only one flyer this time

I'll shoot the Co2 tomorrow and get you the scores early as I can.

I've got to say this season has been great with the increase in entries and the suspense as we get near the end.

    Good luck to all

    Morning.

Last day today, there might be no Sol or Adam in this months scores

As for the Leader Board, I will do my best to calculate (manipulate) the end of season scores.

    Scores in so far are:

    Spring ~ 9
    SSp ~ 12
    C02 ~ 10
    PCP ~ 6
    Side Shoot ~ 8

    Regards
    Paddy.

No chance of shooting when I got back sadly.
It was about 8.30, had something to eat, veg'ed for an hour in front of telly, cleaned rifles, then went to bed.

Looks as though the final results kind of snuck their way in on us.
