Jenny is asking whether it's a setra (i think)

I don't think it is as all of them that i have seen have heavy plastic trigger guards, i'd go with a Sheridan- though it would be a very old and obscure one...

    but i'm probably wrong

In British slang an anorak is a person who has a very strong interest in niche subjects.

Cheers John, Danny, and Ed, a Sheridan Super Grade (mod. A or B), it would appear to be then -- thus concluding the main part of this particular facet, of this particular school day . Many thanks. Atb: G.

... and going by the front sight, I'm going to plump, as did our Danny, for the Mod.A variant, too.
