    gun buyers anonymous*

*well not anonymous but you get the idea

as a recovering pistol buying addict i thought it would help if i started off a group session.

ive been doing well recently, only looking in the sales section a couple of times a day
but yesterday i had a relapse.
tempted by the pistol sections newest addict, Andy, i ended up with an alecto and a nickle gold cup
im currently experiencing the high of the perches and anticipation of its delivery, but i know it cant last forever
as soon as im through this i intend to be back on the wagon with your support.

so fellow addicts, speak up, what have you bought recently

Daystate Platinum, Leupold MK4 and another Peli case. ALong with loads of other toys not related to shooting!

My only problem is there's not enough to time to shoot them as often as I want!

    Ah fellow sufferer;

I had come so far, I had sold all my extra pistols (in truth I had to, to cover my Rohm purchase) and was fully intending to avoid all extra temptations. Then whilst at the UBC meet someone let me try their QB78 Co2 rifle

That's been my most recent purchase I do like it though

But that's it, no more, at all, I must be strong and resist

    I must, I must, I must.........Ooh what's that then

Perhaps a good mantra to recite to yourself?

    "If in doubt, buy both"

Did you expect helpful replies from your fellow addicts?

'Anyone who said that "Money Can't buy happiness" doesn't know where to shop'.

I'm getting to the age that I'm only going to buy small things that will fit in the coffin - so pistols make perfect sense!

He who has MOST toys when he dies WINS!

    I hope that helps

    Hello,
My name is Nick and I'm addicted to Air Pistols and Air Rifles, it's been 1 day since I bought a gun and I have, no, I can't do it, I cant admit how many I have!
I propose a weekly meeting on this thread for all fellow adicts to stand up, be counted, admit their addiction, and state how long since they last fell off the wagon
    I must resist,
    I must try harder,
