Airsporter Mk 2 1959/60 front sight blade

Hoorah I have now received the correct rear flip up sight.

My problem now is that the front sight seems too low.

The blade of the front sight looks like a home made one - it's brass.

Can anyone please give me the dimensions of the original front sight blade?

A photo would be a great help if someone is willing to pop their front blade out and take a close up snap of it.

    Thanks All

I'll get this gun sorted eventually!

    Cheers

    Front Sight Piccies

Here are some photos alongside a rule so you should be able to make your own.

    Left Side (viewed from shooter)
    Right Side (ditto)
    End (ditto)
